class=\"font_8\"><strong>Duration:<\/strong> 8 hours<\/p><p class=\"font_8\"><strong>Who Should Attend:<\/strong> Auditors with a minimum of 5 years experience in auditing food safety\/<br \/>quality systems.<br \/>This may include internal, 2nd party and 3rd party auditing.<br \/>Must have a valid lead auditor training certificate for any FSMS standard.<\/p><p class=\"font_8\"><strong>Assessment:<\/strong> Auditor training 50 question exam; Pass mark 75%.<br \/>Course Summary: This training course has been designed for auditors to help gain an appreciation of celiac disease and non-celiac gluten sensitivity, understand the Gluten-Free Certification Program Global Standard requirements and to provide guidance on auditing a Gluten-Free Management System.<br \/>Training for Issue 4 is now available and is a mandatory requirement for all Gluten-Free Certification Program certified auditors.<\/p><p class=\"font_8\"><strong>Key learning objectives<\/strong><br \/>\u2022 Identify key objective evidence required to determine compliance with the Gluten-Free Certification Program Global Standard<br \/>\u2022 Correctly complete auditor documentation.<br \/>\u2022 Be able to effectively communicate a clear \u201csnap-shot\u201d regarding the operation andthe levels of conformity.<br \/>\u2022 Recall GMPs relating to gluten management<br \/>\u2022 List the individual components that make up the Gluten-free Certification Program Global Standard<br \/>\u2022 Identify different gluten controls that must be implemented as
